Special Events

During the year, Latino Community Services staff, board of directors, and friends participate in Special Events to raise awareness of issues impacting those we serve or to raise funds to respond to client or agency needs.  Some examples of past Special Events are:

• National Latino AIDS Awareness Day (October 15)
• World AIDS Day (December 1)
• National HIV Testing Day (June 27)
• Turkey Day - providing Thanksgiving meals to LCS clients (annually in November)
• Client Dinner and Toy Drive (annually in December)
